• The use of the tool and your reliance on any information provided in the tool is solely at your own risk. ReliabilityFirst accepts no liability for the consequences of accessing the tool or any actions taken based on the information provided.
• ReliabilityFirst owns the exclusive rights to this tool. This tool should not be reproduced, distributed, revised, modified, enhanced, publicly displayed, publicly performed, transmitted, sold, marketed, or used (for personal use) without the prior written consent of ReliabilityFirst.
• The tool is prepared and intended for use by the entity and its users for informational purposes only. This document is a point-in-time document prepared after the assessment of the assessed entity and is based on individuals' subject matter expertise and/or aggregated assessment results of all the users. The data provided is confidential and intended for use by the entity and its users only, not for public consumption.
• 'For information only' means the evaluation provided is based on resources ReliabilityFirst has deemed beneficial. The recommendations compiled from third party sources should not be taken as a directive to take specific actions or as advice on how to approach mitigation or compliance.
• Unless otherwise specified, all data provided in this tool will automatically be deleted 30 days after the assessment deadline.
